What is it?

The Kit Digital is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve significant progress in the level of digital maturity.

Who is it aimed at?

The digital solutions provided by the Digital Kit are aimed at the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, micro-businesses and self-employed workers, who belong to any sector or type of business.

Do you meet the requirements for the Kit Digital? Find out here

If you meet the conditions established in the bases of the Digital Kit call for assistance, you will be able to have a digital voucher that will allow you to access digitization solutions.

Requirements to be a beneficiary
  • Be a small enterprise, micro-enterprise or self-employed person in accordance with the definitions in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014″
  • Not being in a company in crisis.
  • Be up to date with tax and social security obligations.
  • Not incurring any of the prohibitions provided for in the General Law on Subsidies.
  • Be registered with the State Tax Administration Agency.
  • Not be subject to any pending recovery order following a prior decision by the European Commission.
  • Do not exceed the de minimis aid limit.
  • Comply with the financial and effective limits defined by the different calls.
  • Be registered with Acelera Pyme and have a Digital Maturity assessment in accordance with the Digital Diagnostic Test available on Acelera Pyme platform. (Self-diagnosis)

How can I see the status of my voucher?

Access the “Bond Management” section and, in the drop-down menu, click “Status and balance”.

How can I register if I am a legal representative or volunteer?

Access the “Bonus Management” section and, in the drop-down menu, click “Register as representative.” Fill in the Beneficiary details and select the option you belong to.

How can I see the status of my agreements?

Access the “Agreements” section and, in the drop-down list, click on what you want to consult: “In preparation”, “Signed” or “Cancelled”).

How to edit my user?

Access the “My Representations” section, click on your document and modify the corresponding fields.

What should I do in case of a query, doubt or incident?

How do I view notifications and/or communications, even if they arrive via email?

Access the “Mailbox” section and, in the drop-down, click on the desired option. In the “Notifications” section we will see those notifications that directly affect the Beneficiary and, in the “Communications” section, those that, although not requiring action by the Beneficiary, affect any of the Agreements in which they participate.
